This was the third time in five years that I had stayed here. As usual the standard of cleanliness was very high. The staff are always very friendly and attentive. I would recommend the Hotel Mikolaj to anyone. Great location too!

Bardzo dobrze położony hotel. Miła pomocna obsługa, i niezwykłe śniadanie! Pokoje urządzone w bardzo prosty sposób ale duże i czyste. Bardzo polecam.

Bardzo przyjazny i kameralny hotel.Od rynku dzieli go zaledwie 5 minut spacerem ale sam obiekt jest zlokalizowany w spokojnej i cichej części ulicy Mikołajskiej.Obsługa bardzo miła i pomocna a śniadania urozmaicone (menu śniadaniowe a la carte)Pokoje duże i przestronne (nie ma windy ale nie był to dla nas problem)Moim zdaniem stosunek jakość/cena b.d. Przy następnej wizycie w Krakowie na pewno do was wrócimy, pozdrawiam.

Jedyną wadą hotelu jest fakt, że "nie ma do czego przyczepić się"! Doskonała organizacja, świetne warunki mieszkalne, niesamowicie smaczne posiłki, uprzejma obługa.. Polceamy!

We stayed at the end of August 2010. The hotel is located in excellent position - walk distance from central square (Rynek). The people in the Hotel and Restaurant have been extremely friendly and helpful. Food quality is great. Worth a stay.

For our Citytrip from Szczyrk to Krakow 17/08/2011 we stayed for one night in this lovely hotel in the heart of the old town - an excellent position to visit the old town and many other places of interest. We enjoyed the welcome cocktail in the nice restaurant = a perfect start for our city tour! Hotel and room were very clean and the staff was very friendly and helpful. Next day we started with an excellent breakfast which has left no wishes open ... the opening for another great day in Krakow Thanks a lot and hope to see you again next year!

Thank you so very much for a lovely time at the Hotel Mikolaj. The staff were all really friendly, attentive and very helpful. The Apartment was lovely and big and always very clean. Location is fantastic, close to the Centre of Krakow but not noisy. We will be back!

A group of friends and I were recommended to have dinner at the restaurant in the Hotel, though we did not stay there, the restaurants was nothing short of amazing. The service was polite and unobtrusive, and the food was fantastic. It was so good that we dined there again the next night! I would not hesitate in recommending the Hotel restaurant as one of the best in Krakow.
